Ready! Retreat

September 18th - September 24th

Join Lisa for a full week in beautiful South Dakota. When you attend, you get: 

  • Fully immersive retreat
  • 5 days of intimate group education with Lisa

This small group in-person retreat will have 3-5 participants. We are keeping this event small so there is plenty of time for questions, emotional regulation, integration and support as we explore the material.
